Data and its purpose
We use your name, contact details, organisation information, product choices, delivery address and uploaded files to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders and administer partner access. We do not collect card details; payment takes place on Paysera.
Cookies and statistics
A session cookie keeps your basket and login working. Optional Google analytics starts only with consent, which can be withdrawn in cookie settings. Contact fields and search phrases are not sent to analytics.
Form security
To reduce unwanted submissions, we check signed form proofs and submission frequency. Rate-limit records store protected keyed digests of network addresses and email addresses, not their original values or message text. Expired rate-limit records are removed; the longest limit lasts 24 hours. This security data is not sent to Google analytics.
Data recipients
Depending on your action, we use the hosting provider, Microsoft 365 for email and Paysera for payments. Google analytics is used only with your consent. Company access is limited to staff handling orders and enquiries.
Your rights
For access, correction, deletion or other data rights, contact info@eigida.lt. Data is kept as needed for enquiries, orders and statutory obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal data in forms. Complaints can be addressed to the Lithuanian data protection authority.
