Prices and payment
Public catalogue prices are in EUR including VAT. Selecting all options displays the exact configuration price. Foreign partners see prices excluding VAT and send orders to Eigida without online payment. Final taxes and terms are confirmed for each order.
Delivery and timing
Delivery costs are always agreed individually based on the order and delivery location. The final order total includes the agreed delivery charge. Online payment is available only after the final total is confirmed.
Collection in Kaunas
You can collect your order free of charge at Darbo g. 12, 52104 Kaunas, on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:30. Please arrange collection once your order is ready.
Furniture preparation and delivery
Furniture we manufacture is delivered assembled. The courier will contact you using the details supplied before delivery. Carrying goods upstairs is not provided. Delivery and installation of fitted and bespoke furniture are agreed separately.
Manufacturing and delivery times
In-stock magnetic boards, display boards and projector screens are normally delivered within 2–3 working days. Standard furniture manufacturing takes around 4–5 weeks, depending on the season. Bespoke home furniture and individual items have an estimated manufacturing time of 5–8 weeks. We confirm the exact schedule for your order before fulfilment.
Returns and quality
Consumers buying remotely normally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions such as genuinely bespoke goods. Choosing a standard catalogue colour does not itself remove return rights. Statutory remedies apply to faulty goods. For returns or quality issues, contact info@eigida.lt.
